Full Description

1986: Scatter of Med pottery found by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) consisting:- 5 rims, 3 base and 41 body sherds C13/C14 coarseware, 2 sherds C14 glazed and 2 sherds late Med glazed. Scatter circa 30m diameter. Also 2 sherds PMed, 7 fragments Med/PMed tile (S1).
Also see Rom.
Fieldwalking between 2000 and 2002 revealed further med finds such as pottery, suggesting a possible settlement site. Large quanity of med finds from this area has been recovered. S2, S3
