Full Description
1993: Med scatter located on pipeline route. Details to follow (S1). Monitoring of pipeline revealed a scatter of heavily burnt clay fragments. After the pipe was put in, a moderately large group of pottery sherds was recovered from a disturbed archaeological feature (?pit or ditch), details in (S2). Area named Rattlerow Green on Hodskinson's 1783 map.
