Summary

Circa 1958: Three sides of rectangular(?) moat(?) with building in interior on OS 1:10,560 map (S2), original E side & NE corner infilled and built over(?) if true moat.

Full Description

Circa 1958: Three sides of rectangular(?) moat(?) with building in interior on OS 1:10,560 map (S2), original E side & NE corner infilled and built over(?) if true moat.
1971: N side no longer shown & interior building gone (S2).
1989: APs shows possible further enclosure cropmarks to N (NW of Church Farm) which show as field boundaries on 1:10,560 map although also appearing `moat like' on tithe map of 1840 (S3). Presumably part of farm complex though dark area to W said to produce pottery (S4).
