Full Description
1998: Metal detector and surface finds, mainly from area of grid reference but whole of (large) field covered. Finds include LBA spearhead tip, with socket slightly off centre, 5.0cms long (sketch in file), Rom denarius of C1 BC, Ae3 of Constantine I (AD 318-324), Cossbow type brooch fragment (C4)(sketch in file) and Med/PMed finds including buckle, five silver coins of Elizabeth I, C16(?) clasp (sketch) & misc PMed fittings, pewter spoon, weights and coin of George III (S1).
