Full Description
June 2019. Breckland National Mapping Programme.
Three possible post medieval boundary banks are seen as earthworks on visualised lidar data (S1). The banks most likely relate to post medieval boundaries and are not seen on the Frist Edition Ordnance Survey (S2) map. Furthermore the banks are within an area of Frist World War (IKL 352) tank training and within a Second World War bombing range (IKL 353). It is possible that the banks could have related to military training. Finally it is possible that the features may be natural in origin. The banks are in close proximity to probable boundary banks to the east (IKL 357) and west (IKL 348).
