Full Description

1980: surface scatter of pottery from field surface. Ploughed circa 1975 for first time in recent years. Five sherds, grey and white surfaces with flint temper. Probably IA (S1)(S2) though could be earlier (note LBA socketed axe fragment below).
Dec 2004 : metal detected fragment of socketed axe from (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) - details in (S3).
Note: this record was formally listed as 'IA'.
