Full Description
Numerous Neo sherds and associated burnt bone in central primary mound (S1). Bone cremated in a pyre in a large hollow (S2)(R1). Lady Briscoe considered primary mound to be contemporary with Neo sherds, however, no good evidence to prove the inner mound was not also of BA date and overlying (and incorporating ?) some Neo sherds (S3)(R1).
Finds include sectioned, group VI, stone (axe?) flake (S4).
See also BA.
