Between Sotterley and Weston an 'olla' of ordinary form was found (Chart, Watling collection in possession of Miss Nina Layard) (S1). Formerly recorded as SOT MISC

Flint scatter from garden including a blade and a flake

Small group of Rom grey ware sherds and one shell-tempered sherd amongst a larger Med scatter (S1).

Post medieval gunflint scatter and production area. A possible upper palaeolithic or early mesolithic flint was also identified.

Small group of flint-tempered and some possible sand-tempered IA sherds from the NW part of a larger scatter of Med pottery.

Hand-axe found between Wamil Hall and West Row. Formerly recorded as MNL MISC

Possible Upper Palaeolithic or early mesolithic core found with post medieval flint assemblage.

Wide scatter of mainly unglazed pottery of C13-C14 type, with a smaller amount of part-glazed late Med pottery (2 sherds are kiln wasters - probably derived from the known kiln site just S of Nethergate Street - see HPN 005)(S1).
