Full Description
Scatter of pottery, mainly grey wares (two frilly rims, also late C1-early C2 Belgic inspired form), base of an East Anglian mortarium, a samian base (? form 18/31) with a fragment of a stamp - A..., a flange of a samian form 38 and five other samian sherds, one possible amphora sherd, fragments of floor tile (S1).
Also 2 bronze Rom coins, further greyware and samian pottery and floor tile found whilst metal detecting and fieldwalking between April 1996 and Feb 1998 (S2).
